Official Condolence Statement from the Arab Cultural Center in St. Louis

In the name of the Arab Cultural Center in St. Louis and on behalf of the Arab community in St. Louis, we extend our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis, the Pope of the Vatican.

We join millions around the world in mourning the loss of a revered spiritual leader who championed peace, compassion, and justice. His Holiness devoted his life to serving humanity and promoting dialogue among the world’s faiths. His unwavering commitment to unity and human dignity leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Catholic Church and all who have been touched by this profound loss.

May his soul rest in peace.

باسم المركز الثقافي العربي في سانت لويس، ونيابةً عن الجالية العربية في سانت لويس، نتقدم بأحرّ التعازي وأصدق مشاعر المواساة في وفاة قداسة البابا فرنسيس، بابا الفاتيكان.

نشارك الملايين حول العالم الحزن على رحيل هذا القائد الروحي العظيم الذي كرّس حياته لنشر السلام والرحمة والعدل. لقد عمل بإخلاص على تعزيز الحوار بين أتباع الأديان المختلفة، وكان مثالاً في التواضع والإنسانية والدعوة إلى الكرامة الإنسانية. سيبقى إرثه الخالد نبراساً تهتدي به الأجيال القادمة.

نتوجه بخالص الدعاء والتعازي إلى الكنيسة الكاثوليكية وإلى كل من تأثر بهذا المصاب الجلل.
