I believe culture is a bridge that unites communities. As President, my goal is to cultivate a welcoming space where residents of Saint Louis can explore diverse traditions, forge new relationships, and celebrate our shared humanity. I plan to develop partnerships with local artists and educators to host exhibitions, lectures, and performances that spark dialogue and inspire collective growth.

For me, every event at ACC is an opportunity to connect hearts and minds. In my role, I will coordinate programs that highlight underrepresented voices and ensure that every initiative runs smoothly—from planning logistics to inviting thought-provoking speakers. My intention is to create a dynamic calendar of workshops and festivals that energize our community and encourage ongoing collaboration.

I see the cultural center as a living archive of our community’s stories. As Secretary, I will maintain clear communication among members, document our activities, and manage the administrative framework that allows creativity to flourish. I aim to streamline our processes so that artists and volunteers can focus on innovation rather than paperwork, ensuring that every idea has a path to realization.

My passion lies in curating experiences that both educate and delight. On the board, I will identify emerging cultural trends and propose inclusive programs—such as multilingual reading circles and interactive heritage exhibitions—that invite participation from all age groups. I want ACC to be a place where someone discovering our doors for the first time feels immediately at home

As a board member, I will oversee financial planning and fundraising strategies that keep ACC’s projects flourishing year after year. I intend to develop transparent budgeting practices and engage donors through compelling narratives about the impact of arts and culture on social well-being.

In my view, creativity is a powerful catalyst for community engagement. Serving on the board, I will design hands-on art workshops and youth mentorship programs that nurture emerging talent and ignite curiosity. By forging partnerships with schools and community groups, I hope to ensure that children and adults alike have access to tools that unlock their creative potential.
