What We Can and Cannot Accept

Made-to-Order Products

Because items are printed on demand just for you, they are not eligible for standard returns.

  • Each product is custom-printed per order
  • We follow Printful's made-to-order return rules
  • Please review the size guide before ordering

Damaged or Defective Items

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right — free replacement or refund.

  • Covers misprinted, damaged, or defective products
  • Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your item
  • Email us your order number and a clear photo

Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong product? That is on us and we will fix it quickly.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo
  • We arrange a correct replacement or refund

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

We cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size.

  • Made-to-order items cannot be resold
  • Please check the size guide on each product page
  • Size exchanges are possible at your own cost

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost on the way, let us know and we will file a claim.

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • We work with the carrier to resolve it
  • Eligible orders are resent or refunded

Order Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible.

  • Production begins soon after you order
  • Changes are only possible before printing starts
  • Contact us right away with your order number

Once a refund is approved, here is what to expect.
