Every product is made to order especially for you, so our return policy follows our print partner's guidelines. Here is how we handle issues.

What We Can and Cannot Accept
Made-to-Order Products
Because items are printed on demand just for you, they are not eligible for standard returns.
- Each product is custom-printed per order
- We follow Printful's made-to-order return rules
- Please review the size guide before ordering
Damaged or Defective Items
If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right — free replacement or refund.
- Covers misprinted, damaged, or defective products
- Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your item
- Email us your order number and a clear photo
Wrong Item Received
Received the wrong product? That is on us and we will fix it quickly.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo
- We arrange a correct replacement or refund
Change of Mind or Wrong Size
We cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size.
- Made-to-order items cannot be resold
- Please check the size guide on each product page
- Size exchanges are possible at your own cost

Lost in Transit
If your package is lost on the way, let us know and we will file a claim.
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We work with the carrier to resolve it
- Eligible orders are resent or refunded
Order Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible.
- Production begins soon after you order
- Changes are only possible before printing starts
- Contact us right away with your order number
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, here is what to expect.
- Issued to your original payment method
- Allow a few business days to appear
- We email you once it is processed
Policy Alignment: This policy follows the return guidelines of our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Made-to-order products are not eligible for buyer's remorse refunds.
